Half-Clucked Farm is a small family farm in the Sullivan Gardens area of Kingsport, TN. In 2025 we began our growing flock of Katahdin sheep, a breed known for their taste and quality of meat. At Half-Clucked we might be a bit crazy, but we understand that good grazing makes for happy (and tasty!) sheep. We continuously care for our pastures to ensure the healthy mix of native grasses, forbs, shrubs and trees that give our grass-fed lamb a uniquely delicious flavor profile.In keeping with our philosophy of natural, chemical-free food, we rotationally graze our flocks, allowing them to be raised free of vaccines and antibiotics.

Payment
Once an order is made, your grass-fed lamb will be reserved for you. Payment is due upon pickup or delivery of your meat.We accept cash or check.Orders are on an honor system; we do not require a deposit ahead of time. We understand cancellations are sometimes unavoidable, yet this can be disruptive to our production process so we ask you to do so only if truly necessary, and as early as possible.
Pickup and Delivery
Lambs are typically processed around October to November of each year.When your order is ready we will call you to arrange a time for you to pick up your grass-fed lamb right here at our farm in Kingsport.Alternatively we can deliver to the tri-cities area for a fee, depending on distance; give us a call for detailsOrders must be picked up or delivered within two weeks of notificationWe’ll make every attempt to reach you but if we can’t make contact within a reasonable time frame we’ll be forced to allocate the lamb to the next person on our list.
Custom Cuts & Certifications
We offer options for custom cuts, as well as USDA and Halal certification. Just tell us what you prefer and we’ll work to accommodate your needs!
Wait List
We only have so much lamb to go around! If you would like to be placed on a wait list for the next season, contact us with what you would like to purchase, put down a deposit, and we will reserve your grass-fed lamb in the order we hear from you.
